SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

Before submitting an order, you will have the opportunity to review the products, quantities, prices, delivery information and other order details and to correct any input errors.

By submitting an order through our online store, you make an offer to purchase the selected products.

We will send you an electronic confirmation that your order has been received.

The electronic order confirmation confirms receipt of your order. A binding contract is concluded when Trendy Shop accepts the order in accordance with the ordering process used in our online store.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where there is a legitimate reason, including:

the requested product is unavailable;
there is an obvious error in the product description or price;
payment cannot be processed;
the delivery information is incomplete or incorrect; or
we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.

Once an order has been accepted, cancellation is generally not possible unless we agree to it or applicable law provides otherwise.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that our store does not offer a general right to return or exchange correctly delivered and defect-free products.

SECTION 4 – NO VOLUNTARY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

4.1 No general return right

Trendy Shop does not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for products that have been correctly delivered and are free from defects.

This means that we do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you:

changed your mind;
no longer want the product;
ordered the wrong size;
ordered the wrong colour;
ordered the wrong model or variant;
do not like the product after receiving it;
no longer need the product; or
made an ordering decision that you later wish to change.

We do not offer a general 14-day return period or any other voluntary cooling-off period for such purchases.

4.2 No size or colour exchanges

We do not provide exchanges because a product does not fit as expected or because you selected the wrong size or colour.

Please carefully check the available product information, size information and product details before placing your order.

4.3 Defective, damaged or incorrect products

The above no-return policy does not apply where the product delivered is defective, damaged upon delivery, materially different from the product ordered or otherwise does not correspond to the agreed product.

If you receive such a product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the problem.

We may ask you to provide photographs or other information so that we can assess the issue.

If a defect or delivery error is confirmed, we will provide the remedy applicable under these Terms and applicable law.

Any rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted remain unaffected.

4.4 Statutory rights

The absence of a voluntary return policy does not exclude rights that apply mandatorily under applicable law.

SECTION 5 – PRICES AND BILLING

All prices displayed in our online store are stated in Swiss francs (CHF), unless expressly indicated otherwise.

The price displayed for a product is the applicable selling price at the time the order is placed, subject to obvious errors and applicable Swiss price-disclosure requirements.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times displayed on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

For many orders, estimated delivery may take approximately 2–4 weeks, depending on the destination, availability, shipping method, supplier and other circumstances.

Delivery may take longer due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including delays caused by shipping carriers, suppliers, customs authorities or other service providers.

You are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.
